Refund Policy
At Voltify Cards LLC, we take pride in packing and shipping with care. Due to the collectible and unpredictable nature of Pokémon cards, all sales are considered final unless an item arrives damaged or is significantly not as described.
No Returns or Refunds – Rip & Ship Orders
All cards pulled during live breaks (rip and ships) are sold as-is with no returns, refunds, or exchanges. Once a pack is opened on your behalf, you own the contents, regardless of condition or card value.
Please only purchase break spots if you are 100% committed.
Sealed Products
We do not accept returns on sealed products unless:

The item arrives damaged during shipping, OR

You receive the wrong item.
To qualify for a return or replacement:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide clear photos of the damage or issue.

Items must remain sealed and unused.
Graded Cards
Graded cards (PSA, CGC, BGS, etc.) are final sale unless:

The slab arrives cracked or damaged in transit.
We do not accept returns based on disagreements with the assigned grade. All grades are final as determined by the grading company.
Order Issues
If there’s a problem with your order (e.g., missing item, shipping error), contact us within 3 days of delivery and we’ll work to make it right.
