Thank you for shopping with Voltify Cards LLC! We're dedicated to delivering your Pokmon cards quickly and securely. Below is our shipping policy outlining everything you need to know about how your order gets from our hands to yours.

Processing Times
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your order has shipped. Shipping Options & Rates We offer domestic U.S. shipping through USPS and other trusted carriers. Rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

International Shipping We currently do not offer international shipping, but are working on expanding soon.

Packaging & Protection All cards are packed with care:
- Singles are shipped in penny sleeves and top loaders.
- Orders are secured with cardboard support, bubble mailers, or boxes depending on size and value.
- Sealed products (ETBs, boosters, etc.) are shipped in sturdy boxes to prevent damage.

Lost or Delayed Packages- Once an order is in the carrier's hands, delivery delays are out of our control.
- If tracking hasn't updated in 7 business days, please contact us and we'll help investigate.
- Lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refund or reshipment. Returns & Refunds Please refer to our Return Policy for information about cancellations, returns, and damaged items. Questions?
